Every service includes mowing the full lawn area, edging along walkways and driveways, and blowing off all hard surfaces. No surprises.
Every service is backed by our Quality Service Promise. If something isn't right, tell us within 5 days — we'll send a pro back to fix it, or we'll refund you.
All payments happen within the security of the Home Gnome platform. Even tips! We do not accept cash. Your payment is secure. We use Stripe (the same company used by Amazon, Airbnb, Google, and more), to encrypt & protect your data.
After the service is complete. You're never charged before the work is done.
It's very unlikely we'll have a crew available for a same-day mow. Our turnaround time is quick - usually within 48 hours. If you’re looking for a mow as soon as possible you'll want to book ASAP to reserve your slot.
No contract. There is a 3-cut minimum commitment — after that, you can cancel anytime with no fee. You can space the cuts out however you’d like, so if you only need that first mow to tackle extra growth or leaves, you can always schedule the others later for touch-ups. We’re confident you’ll love the service, but we keep it flexible just in case.
